Great question. Rebuilt means the internal components — motor, drive parts — have been fully replaced and the unit restored to OEM specifications. Refurbished can mean anything from a full rebuild to a simple cleaning and cosmetic touch-up. Every saw we sell is fully rebuilt to OEM specs, so when you see either term on our listings, you’re getting the same high standard of restoration.

Both brands have decades of proven performance and durability in clinical settings. They share equivalent power and performance ratings, and either unit — properly maintained — should last for decades. We cannot recommend one over the other; both are excellent choices for any cast room.

Warranty

1-year parts and labor warranty. Does not cover user error, physical damage, or drops. This cast saw is intended for cast removal only. Any other use will void the warranty.
