Customer RETURN Policy :-)

Please return your item within 30 days. After 30 days from the purchase date and returns form submission, returns will not be accepted.

We will be happy to refund the cost of the item on any unused or unworn returned order.  

Please try your best not to destroy the packaging. It is okay to try it on, as long as it is returned in original condition. We need to be able to resell the returned item, so if the packaging is damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. *NOTICE* Any item that was shipped with FREE SHIPPING and being returned, will have a $8.99 shipping fee deducted from the return. Shipping for these items was included in the cost of the product.

Please fill out the above return form and we will issue you an RA# with return instructions within 1-2 business days. (we do not provide return labels, customer must pay for return at a shipping retailer.)

Need to exchange an item? We do not do exchanges of items. It is better to return your item by getting an RA# and then placing a separate order for the new item.  This helps prevent any confusion and will allow us to ship your new item out to you right away.

** WARRANTY ITEMS** If you have a problem with any product, we are happy to help you! Please send us a video or photo of the item.

Issues with failed, hard or bad casting tape, plaster bandages or bracing items, please send us a photo to sales@orthotape.com We will be happy to replace it!
