Customer RETURN Policy :-)

Please return your item within 60 days. We will be happy to refund the cost of the item on any unused or unworn returned order.

Please try your best not to destroy the packaging. It is okay to try it on, as long as it is returned in original condition. We need to be able to resell the returned item, so if the packaging is damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. *NOTICE* Any item that was shipped with FREE SHIPPING and being returned, will have a $8.99 shipping fee deducted from the return. Shipping for these items was included in the cost of the product.

Please fill out the above return form and we will issue you an RA# with return instructions within 1-2 business days. (we do not provide return labels, customer must pay for return at a shipping retailer.)

Need to exchange an item? Simply fill out the above form for an RA# and indicate what item you would like in exchange. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to issue the RA# and exchange information.

We will be happy to ship out the exchanged item free of charge once we receive tracking information of the returned item.

** WARRANTY ITEMS** If you have a problem with any product, we are happy to help you! Please send us a video or photo of the item.

Issues with failed, hard or bad casting tape, plaster bandages or bracing items, please send us a photo to sales@orthotape.com We will be happy to replace it!
