Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. *NOTICE* Any item that was shipped with FREE SHIPPING and being returned, will have a $8.99 shipping fee deducted from the return. Shipping for these items was included in the cost of the product.

Please fill out the above return form and we will issue you an RA# with return instructions within 1-2 business days. (we do not provide return labels, customer must pay for return at a shipping retailer.)

Need to exchange an item? We do not do exchanges of items. It is better to return your item by getting an RA# and then placing a separate order for the new item. This helps prevent any confusion and will allow us to ship your new item out to you right away.

Issues with failed, hard or bad casting tape, plaster bandages or bracing items, please send us a photo to sales@orthotape.com We will be happy to replace it!

Consider an alternative to returning your items:

Returns are the biggest loss for both company and consumer. Free shipping and free returns only drives the price higher as companies must build that info price.
So, what can you do to save yourself the money.

1. Consider listing it on eBay and having someone else pay for the shipping.
2. Consider giving it away to charity like Goodwill. Each year in your tax return you get to deduct money you gave to charity including goods given to Goodwill. Keep your receipt and you can take off the full value including the shipping cost on your tax return.
