By simply pulling the side handle, you can quickly tighten or loosen the compression panels. The compression panels help keep the back support in position, so it will not ride up or move around while wearing it. This lightweight back support features a low-profile design, allowing it to be worn over, between or underneath clothing. It features an outer meshing which allows heat to escape without compromising stability.
