Approximate Ship time is for UPS Ground transit time from Johnstown, PA (UPS shipping is only delivered on Business M-F days). Please provide a physical address for UPS Shipping or If you wish your item to be shipped to a PO BOX we will do that. Our website is open 24/7, our office hours are 8am-4pm M-F closed Saturday and Sunday, Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Order processing time: Orders placed before 3PM EST are packaged up and shipped out the following day.  UPS does not pick up SATURDAY or SUNDAY.  Orders placed 3:01PM EST  and after will not be shipped out until the day after next.  Orders placed Thursday by Midnight will ship out on Friday by UPS.  Orders placed on Friday will ship out on Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday.  UPS ground is not a guaranteed ship time.  Ship times are guaranteed for Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day, this does not include our packaging and handling time.  We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends! Bracing items need 24hrs processing time before they are shipped.  This includes if they are Next Day or 2nd Day AIr.  They will still ship at that speed, but will need the 24hr processing time.

NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT are only in transit on Business days.  Example, if your order ships on Friday using NEXT DAY AIR, it will arrive the next business day, MONDAY.
