Purchase Orders

If you prefer not to use a credit card (your information is encrypted by GEOTRUST SSL) for ordering you may use a company purchase order. Follow these steps for ordering: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PURCHASE ORDER: Fax an Official Purchase Order with your company info. Official Purchase order is a legally signed document with official signatures of company officials that are authorized to make purchases. (We only accept purchase orders from Hospitals, Schools, Government, and Military.) Minimum PO order $50 please on all Purchase Orders. Please be sure to add your items to the shopping cart and calculate a shipping cost.  You can do this at www.orthotape.com This will ensure your totals are correct and accurate on your purchase order before submission. All products except Cast Saws can use a purchase order. Cast Saws must be purchased by a credit card. Include the item code, Description, and quantity of each item. FAX Purchase order to #1-888-980-1114 we will begin processing your order right away and mail you an invoice for payment due in 30 days. REMEMBER TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS SO WE CAN SEND YOU TRACKING or ASK QUESTIONS. A customer will pretend to be a business and submit what appears to be a purchase order attempting to obtain product illegally. When this occurs we work with the local authorities to prosecute.
