From time to time a customer may choose a size incorrectly or provide an incorrect address.  We send out an email at checkout asking for you to verify your order.  We also ask this question at checkout.  It is so important to read what you are ordering before you hit that submit button.  We realize that it is human to err but it can be costly if money is involved.  Once an item shipped, UPS bills for their service.  If they have to return the item or reroute the item they charge for this service.  We do not inflate our prices to cover these errors.  This way we don’t make all our customers pay for one persons mistake.

 

If you make an error in your order it is so important that you contact us by email right away and let us know within one hour of making the order mistake.  The only way to contact us is by EMAIL.

 

We put into our system THREE (3) reminders to verify and check the item you ordered.  Once at checkout you are asked the question if you have verified the size and an answer is required, there is large print on the right hand side of the screen asking you to verify your order right away.  A confirmation email is sent out asking you to verify your order and address are correct.

 

If an item is "IN PROGRESS" more than likely it will be next to impossible to make the change.  This is because our processors have already processed the order, sent it to shipping and it was put on to a truck for delivery.  To UNDO or change all that is very hard to do.  Especially if hours have past since you placed your order.

 

JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS "IN PROGRESS" does not mean it has not shipped. 

 

IN PROGRESS simply means IT SHIPPED, but we don't have the tracking number yet.  An item may have shipped hours or up to 1 day ago before it is put into the "SHIPPED" category.  Once we get the tracking numbers from our manufacture or UPS we put them into the system and the item is moved to the SHIPPED status.  Our tracking numbers are sent to us in batch format about 24hrs after the item is already down the road and around the corner heading to your home or business.
